Trip itinerary

Day 1 - Arrival in Kathmandu

Upon your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, our team will greet you, transfer you to your hotel. If you arrive in the morning or afternoon, there will be a briefing about your trek and a short visit to Swyambhu Nath stupa. In the evening, our team member will take you to the authentic Nepali dinner. Late-night arrivals will have the activities postponed until the next morning.

Day 2 - Kathmandu Valley Sightseeing

Discover the Kathmandu Valley with visits to the revered Pashupatinath Temple, the serene Bouddha Nath stupa with its Tibetan cultural influence, and the architecturally captivating Kathmandu Durbar Square.

Day 3- Kathmandu to Lukla

Take a morning flight to Lukla, a small town serving as the gateway to the Everest region. The 30-minute flight offers stunning mountain views. After arriving in Lukla, meet your crew, including porters, and start a 3.5-hour trek to the beautiful village of Phakding along the Dudh Koshi River. Overnight in a local lodge.

Day 4- Trek Phakding to Namche

The journey from Phakding to Namche is tough but rewarding. You'll pass through beautiful forests, cross hanging bridges, and face a steep uphill climb after lunch. Your prize: breathtaking Himalayan views in Namche Bazaar, a gathering place for Sherpa climbers. You'll stay in a local lodge for the night.

Day 5 - Excursion and Acclimatization Day

After breakfast, you'll acclimatize with a visit to Namche Bazaar, exploring the Sherpa Museum and Sagarmatha National Park headquarters for stunning views of Everest (8,848 m/29,029 ft), Lhotse (8,516 m/ 27,940 ft), Ama Dablam (6,812 m/ 22,349 ft), and more. If you have the energy, hike to the Syangboche Airport and Everest View Hotel at 3,880 m. Enjoy Himalayan vistas and a tea or coffee break. Choose to return to your hotel or continue to Khumjung village, home to the Hillary school. Finally, head back to your lodge for the night.

Day 6- Trek Namche to Tengboche

Trek to Tengboche is a mix of uphill and downhill stretches. The first part offers stunning Himalayan peak views, followed by a descent to Phungi Tenga for lunch. Afterward, it's a challenging two-hour uphill climb to Tengboche. Explore the area, including Tengboche Monastery, the largest in the Khumbu region, known for the Mani Rimdu festival during October-November. Enjoy awe-inspiring views of Everest, Lhotse, Ama Dablam, and more. Overnight at a local lodge.

Day 7- Trek Tengboche to Dingboche

Today, we trek through a beautiful forest and descend to the Imja Khola, passing the village of Pangboche (3,900 m/12,795 ft). The hike isn't too strenuous, and the mountain views are breathtaking. The scenery on our way to Dingboche, known as the "summer valley," is truly amazing. We'll spend the night in Dingboche.

Day 8- Dingboche to Chukung

Today is another acclimatization day. After breakfast, take a scenic walk to Chukung valley along the Imja River. The trail offers stunning views of Lhotse Shar's massive south wall, Amadablam on both sides, and Island Peak straight ahead. Have lunch in Chukung and return to Dingboche in the evening. Spend the night in a local lodge.

Day 9- Trek to Lobuche

As you gain altitude, the trek becomes more challenging, and breathing can be difficult. You'll pass through picturesque pasturelands and the village of Pheriche, where the Trekkers Aid Post provides assistance for altitude sickness. Trek to the yak pastures of Lobuche (4,910m), crossing Dhugla pass, where memorials for those who lost their lives in the Himalayas are located. Spend the night at a lodge in Lobuche.

Day 10- Trek to Everest Base Camp

The big day begins after breakfast as you embark on the journey to Everest Base Camp. The trail takes you through the glacial moraines and rocky terrain. It's about a 3-hour hike to reach the base camp from Gorakshep, where you'll get a close-up view of the Khumbu Glacier and even cross it. This base camp, located on the southern face, serves as a hub for expedition teams. If you're here between March and May, you'll witness a colorful array of tents pitched by climbers. After your adventure at the base camp, you'll return to Gorakshep for a comfortable night's stay at the lodge. Get ready for an unforgettable experience!

Day 11- Trek To Kalapatthar

Epic Everest Sunrise: Begin the day with a pre-dawn adventure as you ascend steeply to Kalapatthar, a 2.5-hour climb that rewards you with a breathtaking Himalayan sunrise. Kalapatthar's 360-degree views encompass Mt. Everest's towering south face, Lhotse, Nuptse, Ama Dablam, Taboche, Cholatse, Lobuche East, Pumori, and more. After soaking in the sunrise and capturing memorable photos, descend for breakfast. Your journey to Pheriche starts with a familiar trail to Dugla, where you'll cross a small stream before arriving in the beautiful Pheriche valley. Although the final leg along the riverbed may be challenging, the day's accomplishments make it truly worthwhile. Enjoy your stay at a lodge in Pheriche.

Day 12- Trek back Pheriche to Phortse

Sherpa Culture in Phortse: Enjoy a short and rewarding trek from Pheriche to the less-explored Sherpa village of Phortse. Immerse yourself in the unique local culture and spend the night at a village lodge.

Trek- 3.5 hours

Day 13- Trek Phortse to Monjo

After breakfast, trek towards Namche Bazaar for lunch. The trail then descends to reach the picturesque village of Monjo, providing an authentic Himalayan experience. Spend the night at a local lodge in Monjo, surrounded by the majestic mountains. Spend night at a tea house in Monjo.

Day 14- Trek Monjo to Lukla

After leaving Monjo, you'll follow the Dudh Koshi River and pass the charming village of Phakding. When you arrive in Lukla, it's time to express your gratitude to the dedicated crew members and celebrate the successful completion of your journey. You'll spend your final night in a local lodge, enjoying the fresh mountain air.

Day 15- Lukla to Kathmandu

Return to Kathmandu: Your flight back to Kathmandu offers a thrilling adventure in itself with stunning landscapes. As you head toward the Kathmandu valley, you'll notice a change in the air, leaving the crisp mountain breeze behind. After weeks of Himalayan meals, you'll savor delicious food and get some much-needed relaxation. Upon your arrival, we'll transfer you to your hotel, where you can explore the nearby market and take it easy. You'll spend the night at the hotel.

Day 16- Kathmandu Farewell: Explore, Relax, Shop

Explore historic sites, immerse yourself in the vibrant city atmosphere, relax, treat yourself to a spa day, and shop for unique souvenirs on your final day in Nepal.

Day 17- Departure
