Terms & Conditions
Before booking any trip with Super Holiday Trip Pvt. Ltd, all travelers must agree to our “Terms & Conditions.” Super Holiday Trip Pvt. Ltd is a licensed and registered Nepal-based adventure holiday company.

Guest Agreement & Declaration:
Trekking, climbing, and mountaineering in the Himalayan countries involve inherent risks due to weather and terrain. Accidents may occur, which are beyond our control. While we do our best to minimize risks, guests must acknowledge these possibilities.

Booking Conditions:

• A 20% non-refundable booking deposit is required per person for every trip.
• Final payments should be made upon your arrival in Kathmandu.
• A 3.5% charge will be added to credit card payments.
  
  • Cancellation fees apply:
  • 45 days or more before the trip: Loss of deposit (20%)
  • 15 days before the trip: Loss of total payment (50%)
  • 7 days before the trip: Loss of total payment (100%)
• No refunds if you voluntarily leave a trip after it has begun.
• Super Holiday Trip Pvt. Ltd reserves the right to cancel a trip before it’s guaranteed to run.

Amendments & Cancellations:

• Fees for amending bookings apply.
• Changes to the reservation may result in changes to the trip price.
• Administration fees apply for amending other arrangements made with your trip booking.
• It may not be possible to make changes within 15 days of departure.

Insurance & Documentation:

• Travel insurance is mandatory, including medical coverage, air ambulance, and helicopter rescue.
• Super Holiday Trip Pvt. Ltd recommends cancellation insurance.
• Valid passports and appropriate visas are required. It’s your responsibility to ensure you have the correct visas.

Risk Acknowledgment:

• Super Holiday Trip Pvt. Ltd runs adventure trips with varying accommodations, transport, and facilities.
• You assume personal risk and flexibility in accepting changes to trip routes.
• You accept the authority of the trip leader at all times.
• Super Holiday Trip Pvt. Ltd contracts with third parties, and while they are qualified, we are not liable for their actions.

Legal Compliance:

• Travelers must comply with the laws and regulations of the visited countries.
• No one can alter these conditions except the company head or director.
• This agreement is governed by Nepalese law.

Exclusions:

• • Trip prices may not include:
  • Personal travel insurance, visa, passport, and vaccination charges.
  • International flights, airport taxes.
  • Extra expenses not in the itinerary.
  • Laundry, medical expenses, and personal items.
  • Emergency evacuations, searches.
  • Tips and excess baggage charges.

• Your trip cost includes transfers to and from the destination airport(s).
